New Kitchen, plumber needed

Hi we need a plumber for our kitchen reno - our laundry is part of the kitchen so there are 2 things that need doing. 1) changing kitchen taps from the existing 2 taps to a single mixer tap and connecting this all up with the dishwasher which will sit beside the sink. 2) The laundry is almost exactly the same, changing 2 taps to a single mixer over the sink and connecting in the washing machine to run off it and drain through the same pipes. Repair roof/flashings/gutters

Leaking roof or flashings suspected as water is dripping into bedroom from ceiling corner. (Similar problem in toilet ceiling next to bedroom - flashings fixed and ok.) Tenant notified late last night, so haven't had a look at problem firsthand yet. This is the most urgent part of the job. Holes in coloursteel box guttering also need to be repaired. Leaking sewer drain

We recently bought a house with a private sewer pump. While washing paint trays in the laundry sink we noticed paint coloured water leaking out of a retaining wall. The pipes under the house do not appear to be leaking and so the water is probably coming from somewhere between the house and the sewer pump. Thanks

Dishwasher connection and waterhammer arrester installation

I recently got a new dishwasher to replace an old one that broke down. The old one had been connected to the hot water supply under the kitchen sink but the manual for my new one recommends being connected to the cold water supply. I simply need the valve moved from one pipe to the other -- it looks like it should just be a case of unscrewing the connections and swapping it over as the cold water pipe has a joiner where the valve will go. My concrete tiled roof is starting to wear with a couple of areas where it has leaked through. It also has a bit of a sag. I would like to get quotes for both a corrugated roof and a lightweight tile roof and would like some advice on advantages of one over the other. If brochures could be provided would be helpful.

Renovate Bathroom

We started to renovate our ensuite. We have removed some of the old gib off one wall, the old vanity and shower. We have no time to complete and best left to the professionals. Would also like to get an expert opinion on whether I can install a separate shower in the main bathroom instead of what we currently have which is a shower over the bath. If that is not feasible then a shower door installed ( already purchased) on existing bath/shower.

My bathroom is around 18 square metres. It requires a comlete fit out with new vanity, 1.8 metre bath, toilet and shower. There is some construction work required to reduce a cupboard in order to make space for the bath. The wall to the seperate toilet also need to be removed. The bathroom floor and walls are to be tiled.

Currently renovating the bathroom in our 1970s 3-brm house in Sunnynook, North Shore. We need to install 2nd toilet in the laundry, which is adjacent to the bathroom. Part of the floor is removed, so there is some access to under the house directly from the laundry. Need soil excavated, [not Bobcat]... footings dug out, below level of joining driveway and all soil contents removed. Easy access, drive goes straight to site, ...must have rubber tracks on excavator and not totally worn so they don't leave giant black marks on the drive. Thanks Guy

Stormwater pipe

Install replacement stormwater pipe, about 10m. All our downpipes collect into a single pipe with a sharp bend under the garage. It gets blocked often and doesn't cope with heavy downpours. We need a replacement pipe of larger diameter installed. We are thinking of connecting a small amount of surface and land drainage to the new pipe if possible in the future.
