I have three toilets in my home. These are Fowler brand, one toilet cistern seems to be broken and does not work at all and has not done for some time, (I was told a few years ago that the cistern mechanism can not be replaced and it would be better if I buy a complete new toilet ???? The other two toilets are "running on" all the time and I need to keep turning the "inflow" tap off...not sure if I just need new seals to fix this problem ? This is starting to drive me "crazy" I keep mentioning it to the significant men in my life......but....no help is being offered (obviously they are not plumbers). A quote and advise on this would be very much appreciated
