Cracks in brick cladding

Newstead, Waikato

I have some significant cracks appearing in my 9 year old house, in one corner. I really need someone to have a look and work out an estimate for getting it fixed before it gets any worse. It’s started in the lowest layer, and is now creeping up through the brick cladding. I can’t go back to the original house builder, they went bust years ago, though it was a Madter Build.

Paid Inspection for Quote-Pre-Purchase

I need an inspection of the wooden Pilings under a 1930s house in Huntly. I need to know what work needs to be done in what time frame, with an estimation of cost for repair. This is for pre-purchase of a house, the relevant inspection details and costs will be used for negotiations. As this will not result in immediate work, I will pay for the cost to do this and am not expecting a "Free Quote". Corner building foundation

Foundation Underpinning

Sleep-out concrete foundation was laid without a corner- building overhang. Vertical support post is rotted out and hanging unsupported over an empty hole. Need to cut post, pour new concrete footing and brace with steel bracket and extend post. Corner of building should be sealed off from the interior room. Easy access.

Relocated House, Foundations etc

We have had a house relocated to Rotowaro Rd, Huntly and the building is on temporary piles. It was meant to be put onto permanent piles at the end of January but we have been informed by the contracted company that they will not be completing this for at least 6 weeks. We do not want to wait this long because the house is on an exposed site rated as high wind zone. The house needs piles, bearer upgrade and if possible joists and tying down. Placing Concrete footings

Need 3m3 of concrete placed for some footings for a glasshouse. Boxing and form work done. Smooth trowel finish. Truck can get around 10m from where concrete is placed. Dimensions are 8m x 5m, footings are 400mm deep x 300mm wide. Placing only I’ll supply concrete. Quite a simple small job just looking for a good price so I don’t have to do myself.

Repile engineering/arcatect paperwork

I need to repile my house as they are rotting i need the nessesary engineering paperwork to submit to council i also want to do some renovation work next year in the bathroom and i want to drop the floor to finish tile with the wood flooring i am going to do the work myself and the piles will need to be done a few at a time to work from one end to the other i also think i need to replace the joist bearers so rhat will need to be added to the work to be done the site has a slope from about 200mm...

Piles

We need our house to be re-leveled - putting spacers on the piles. House is roughly 170 square metres with about 20-25 piles. We do not have a specific time frame that the job needs to be started by. Picture attached is an example of one of the cupboards that won’t close due to the piles.
