House relevelling- already repiled

House was repiled around 2018 but was done in two stages and still has significant lean on which is making things very difficult to work on. Hoping to get it close to level. It’s was built around 1918 so isn’t particularly level/square to begin with.

Void Under House Foundation

We have voids around the perimeter of our house. Hard to determine how deep they are but want an opinion on best next steps, whether it's a case of just backfilling the holes. We seem to have no structural issues with the house and no visible signs of movement. We are on peat land.

Retirement Unit

I am proposing to build my retirement unit on the back of the section at Woodlands Road, Gordonton. Require a quote for driving 34 piles approx. 2.5m and 2 piles approx 8.0m. The site is on an existing vege garden leveled on a hill side at the back of the section. Access will be from our neighbors, but will have to travel over an existing below ground septic tank. The plans are at the council for issuing. I'm expecting pile driving to be undertaken in November this year.

Uneven floor in 1920's cottage

The floor in my house is currently uneven in certain areas, with a section of the lounge and one of the bedrooms having quite a large decrease in height. Aswell as the house appears to have a general slope towards the front door. I can see that the some of the piles may not be straight and have had some shims added in the past. Shed foundation

We have an approx 4m x 4m stand alone shed which has a wooden floor. The foundation (especially one end) for the shed is not that secure/strong. The shed contains our water filter equipment, therefor wish to ensure that the shed's foundation is strong and secure, so no damage can happen. May or not require standard piles to remedy (possibly other options may work).
