About 60 year old brick house on concrete slab (I think) with earthquake and age cracks in floor and walls. Insurance not interested. Needs levelling so windows doors etc can work. Aunty is 94 and sick of people giving bad info so Im looking in to it for her. I have reports with pics etc I can provide.

Uneven floor in 1920's cottage

The floor in my house is currently uneven in certain areas, with a section of the lounge and one of the bedrooms having quite a large decrease in height. Aswell as the house appears to have a general slope towards the front door. I can see that the some of the piles may not be straight and have had some shims added in the past. I would like for someone to come and take a look under the house and see what works would be needed to try and level out the house so that this does not get worse....

Shed foundation

We have an approx 4m x 4m stand alone shed which has a wooden floor. The foundation (especially one end) for the shed is not that secure/strong. The shed contains our water filter equipment, therefor wish to ensure that the shed's foundation is strong and secure, so no damage can happen. May or not require standard piles to remedy (possibly other options may work).

Shed Concrete Pad

6m x 4.8m shed to be placed on level section. Concrete pad needs to be 20mm shorter on both ends, 200mm deep on outside and minimum 100mm deep in centre. I assume there is a need for rebar, control joints and moisture barrier so please include this in the cost estimate. If it is easier for me to book a Concrete delivery please let me know, otherwise can that be included in the cost too. Timetable is the next 4 weeks and I can clear and level the area pre job start to reduce donkey work.
