Lifting and Repiling a Small, New Home

Leveling of wooden floor

Hi, would you be interested in providing us with a quote to level our wooden floor? The house is an older 60's home on piles. There is crawl space underneath but not enough to go on hands and knees. There is one area that needs attention. This is right below a support stud that holds up much of the concrete tiled roof. This has slowly sunk over the last 15 years or so. Ribraft shed foundation - 75m2

Looking to put a concrete slab foundation down in the new year (end of Jan/Feb). I need a builder/contractor to undertake all the foundation work incl. slab. Slab will be ribraft/waffle slab with minimal ~200mm topsoil digout. Shed is 75m2 in size - see plan attached. If you can't do all the work, I can arrange the excavation/digout work and concrete pour separately - but your price (and scope) needs to reflect this.
