Uneven floor in 1920's cottage

The floor in my house is currently uneven in certain areas, with a section of the lounge and one of the bedrooms having quite a large decrease in height. Aswell as the house appears to have a general slope towards the front door. I can see that the some of the piles may not be straight and have had some shims added in the past. I would like for someone to come and take a look under the house and see what works would be needed to try and level out the house so that this does not get worse. Currently all windows and doors appear to open fine.
