re-leveling of House on Piles

We have a house on Pete that needs the piles cut to lower the house currently sitting over 1 Meter above the ground, we have to add stairs to the deck every year, wanting to get this done to stop the cold draft under the house and to eliminate height.House is a 4 bedroom house I am after quotes at the present. We would like this done before July if possible,
