Repile engineering/arcatect paperwork

I need to repile my house as they are rotting i need the nessesary engineering paperwork to submit to council i also want to do some renovation work next year in the bathroom and i want to drop the floor to finish tile with the wood flooring i am going to do the work myself and the piles will need to be done a few at a time to work from one end to the other i also think i need to replace the joist bearers so rhat will need to be added to the work to be done the site has a slope from about 200mm at the north east to about 1m on the other corners the house is around 11m ×8.5by memory running north/south
