Job description
Large 6 bedroom 2 bathroom house built in 1940's with 1980's extension. Native timber and chip-board flooring. - The house needs to be re-levelled as it has been built on peat. the foundations are on concrete piles however.

"completed job as quoted,re leveled house to as near as practical,customer did not want to pay to bring fixings upto code as house was going to be removed from property in 5-6 years time.now they have decided to sell house they want fixings bought upto code under the old quote?all work performed on the foundations was upto NZ3604 or better.customer complaining about work that wasn't paid for or quoted?"
