Mamaku - half house re-pile

Mamaku, Rotorua

1910 Cottage in Mamaku. Half of the house needs to be re-piled and finished. Total floor space is approx 120m2. Not easy to access, but there is crawl space, as house is on sloping section. House does require additional work, looking to up grade kitchen, bathroom etc. Would like to get the entire job quoted and then happy to have things done over time, starting with piles.

I need to have my house repiled. It's a 1930s bungalow with good access and on a level site and is 109 square metres. The foundations are original totara ones so will all need to be replaced. My budget is quite tight and I'd be happy to do some prep such as removing and refitting all the bottom cladding. I was intending to do all the work myself over time but have decided it will hold up all my other renovations that'd it'd be worth getting done by professionals so I can get on with other stuff...

We are currently looking for a building site and are considering a section in Pukehangi, Rotorua: 86 Tawavale street. It is 1100+ m2 with the issue that there is a stormwater drain crossing the middle of it, and the middle half of the section is about 3m below the rest. There is a manhole near the NE end which would need to stay where it is. Resite and repile of small house

Repiling Old House

We need an old farm house repiled. would be somewhere between 80 - 120sqm of the house that needs repiling as a portion was done about 10years ago. you cannot get under the house without digging trenches or lifting the house. Also happy for floor to be cut to get under the house if that is easier/cheaper way of doing the piles.
