Hi we own a 1984 home which has sinking floors that seem to lean inwards to the centre wall between lounge dinning and kitchen. We purchased tour first home and floors were good for couple months then we noticed kitchen floor leaning inwards. I have a large dirt floor Tractor shed that I would like prepared and the floor concreted up to the bottom of the bottom place of the walls please. I intend to put a door on the shed and to make it into a workshop and maintenance area for farm machinery. Uneven Floor

For the past two months our flooring in bathroom and third bedroom has become uneven. We just recently had to fix our slide door, the person who fixed it mentioned that the door’s issue was because the house has dropped. Need someone to assess our foundation and provide advice please.

1940s weatherboard house with concrete ring foundation sitting on wood piles. Floor through centre of house (under load bearing wall) is sinking. There is also some sinking on the outer one of the outer corner. All Sinkage appears to be on one side of house only.
