Re-levelling floors & repacking

House is around 132 square metres, recent builders report has identified that there is deflection to the bearers and deviance to floors. Need an inspection and costs of re-levelling floors by packing. Would this require building consent? Could also be interested in putting in Expol under floor insulation in at the same time. The house is tenanted.

We need to drive approximately 60 200mm SED poles (3600mm long) into soft soil. They will need to be driven approx 2400mm into the ground (some more some less). Our section is flat, triangular in shape, and access is somewhat limited for excessively big vehicles and plant. The closest line of piles to the boundary is 2.5m away from the fence. I'm thinking that a 12t digger or similar is probably as big as we could fit in - and still have room to get it out once the job is done. This job would be...

Jetty repairs

We have 2 jetties on our site both 20+ metres long. This is fresh water on lake Rotoiti, Rotorua. There is a fare amount of rotten boards and rails that need replacing on first look but I fear that the damage goes alot deeper. There is alot of movement at the end of one of the jetties and possibly needs repiling. This job really needs to be looked at by a professional as it could possibly be a biggie
