Repiling a 1920s charmer for new residents

Moving into a 1920s home approximately 90m that needs repiling. We are desperate for a quote in the next week (house price changes dependent on quote) but the work itself can be done to fit your schedule. All other trades are on hold until the repiling is done but we would like to move in while waiting, if possible. Thank you!
