I need to have my house repiled. It's a 1930s bungalow with good access and on a level site and is 109 square metres. The foundations are original totara ones so will all need to be replaced. My budget is quite tight and I'd be happy to do some prep such as removing and refitting all the bottom cladding. I was intending to do all the work myself over time but have decided it will hold up all my other renovations that'd it'd be worth getting done by professionals so I can get on with other stuff around the house.
