Mamaku - half house re-pile

1910 Cottage in Mamaku. Half of the house needs to be re-piled and finished. Total floor space is approx 120m2. Not easy to access, but there is crawl space, as house is on sloping section. House does require additional work, looking to up grade kitchen, bathroom etc. Would like to get the entire job quoted and then happy to have things done over time, starting with piles.
