Posted 6 hours agoWe require the existing oak floor to be sanded and refinished in a semi-gloss polyurethane. In our kitchen, dining area. There are two small circular stains on the floor (from our old dog) and the boards need to be replaced ( we have additional boards for this)

Posted 1 day agoWe had laminate done but then had the kitchen renovated so the new kitchen doesn't cover the same area the old one did. We have gaps in the laminate near the cabinetry, under the fridge and under the oven. We have leftover laminate from the original job to use and plenty of underfloor that should cover the remaining areas
