We had a difficult problem, an unexplained pool of water on our hall carpet. Selwyn and Jay were exceptionally persistent in locating the source. When their first solution proved unsuccessful they were quick to return and source various people to locate the problem. Once that was finally identified they organised a plumber to replace our toilet. This was a long drawn out experience but throughout they were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Dig n Tip. Jay was a pleasure to work with.
