Rebuild assessment

I would like an assessment, then depending on that outcome, quotes to replace trusses and roof, maybe to a lockup stage. Trusses and most roofing materials on site Job has stalled due to builder resignation. I really have no idea of cost, which is why I'd need it assessed. Very limited budget.

There is a large panel/board on the right hand side of the building that has become loose and will need to be re-sealed/reset. Who ever gets this job is able to access the outside of the building with their own equipment as it is on the High side of the property just under the eave. Looking for this to be done asap please and looking for a repair in view to replacing in the near future. House extentions quote

Hi there we would love a quote done to price up how much it would cost to extend and add a room onto our existing home and adding an ensure to the main bedroom.
