Renovated floor plan attached also EXTERIOR: 200m damaged timber weatherboard remove and replace Timber fascia remove and replace Soffit repair to areas required Repair rotted frame in entry porch area Install head flashings above joinery Pile to subfloor requires fixings added Timber base boards some require replacing 2 x 2.4m aluminium sliding door to replace existing windows in dining and lounge Prep for painting Painting INTERIOR: Demo bathroom units, walls and ceiling Demo kitchen units, cupboards, pantry, HW cupboard, wall between kitchen and living room Demo Laundry Demo fireplace New wall and ceiling lining to bathroom. New shower, vanity, toilet New internal hallway/bed3 walls and door New doors added to existing internal door frames x3 Repair timber window in cabin Insulation to ceiling space Insulation to underfloor Plaster Paint Owner will supply; aluminium sliding doors x2, Kitchen flatpack unit, shower, vanity, toilet, laundry basin, Contractor will suppply; Gib, insulation, paint, timber, flashings, doors, trims, nails, glue etc Also have an independent building inspection report which i can email if required.
