There is a large panel/board on the right hand side of the building that has become loose and will need to be re-sealed/reset. Who ever gets this job is able to access the outside of the building with their own equipment as it is on the High side of the property just under the eave. Looking for this to be done asap please and looking for a repair in view to replacing in the near future. There are other jobs required in the property that can be discussed with the successful contractor...Please note that I have no real idea of the cost and the amount below is because the system asks for a number so please contact me to discuss.... ---
