Small deck and corner post to roof

Hi, I need a deck under roof corner recess leading to the back door and a corner support post to be put in up to the roof. This is for a 1950's relocated house with its original deck and support post removed. Deck size is approx. 4m x 2.7m. Height 60cm. Quote for the job

There is leakage through the garage block walls and concrete patio roof. Needs specific waterproofing and drainage works. Also, the dining/ sunroom shows high moisture and surface damage due to the joinery and cladding being in contact with the concrete patio. Not known yet the extent of damage is but in the worst case scenario, how much would it cost for the whole replacement?
