Framing for garage roller door

Hi, I have an open ended boat shed and want to install my 3.5 metre wide roller door at the front end which requires extra framing to hold the roller and slider guide rails. I only need the frame work supplied and built to suit the roller door at this stage, I am on a budget but any help would be much appreciated.

Front deck

Front raised deck approx 1 mtr high at highest end approx 5.5m - 6m long x 3m wide. Steps to the side. There is ongoing work - other decks and possibly pergola and carport that we will also need doing as we progress the renovation. Good Morning All, We are looking for some building work at our rental house in Tokoroa (1950's build) week commencing 18th April 2022. It's a 3 bedroom house with separate laundry & kitchen. Repair wooden gate that has dropped

I have a large wooden gate between the front and back of my property. It has dropped over time and needs new gate latches etc. I would also like a wheel at the bottom. It opens over grass so may need cobbles or something underneath so it doesn't get stuck in the dirt. One of the posts to the gate and fence needs renailing too.

House cladding

We are looking to clad our 1960s 1 story home. some boards are quite rotton, we would also like to put in Aluminium Windows at the same time as most of the old windows have the paint peeling off. we have a timber/ Weatherboard house in Tokoroa. We would prefer anytime frame, however it wd be great if we can get a,quote we would have something to go by. My husband and I own the home.
