Hi we have purchased a hectare out at 201 Huihuitaha road, Arapuni We are looking to have a habitable 20x8 metre monopitch house built. It can be a shed, pole shed or house. 13x8 metres would be liveable. And 7x8 would be the double garage.. If due to pricing we can have a single garage at 4x8 metres.. We are looking at having ply walls, Concrete floor, sealed. The site will have power and water to the boundary. We will need a septic tank, and i believe a 30000 litre water tank for fire fighting? The title is due around xmas time.. We need a fixed price contract for our home loan. I know its tricky at this time. We have just under $300000 for our budget. We are hoping the site for the house is as i have indicated on the plans. Which we need an approx 60 metre driveway. Which can be either metal or concrete depending on price etc. There is a few pics of the doors and bathroom that we would like. We are very open to any options and ideas that you may have also.
