Building Work in Tokoroa

Good Morning All, We are looking for some building work at our rental house in Tokoroa (1950's build) week commencing 18th April 2022. It's a 3 bedroom house with separate laundry & kitchen. WORK INVOLVES: 1. There are around 10 weather boards to be replaced as they are rotted/damaged (see pic for e.g.) 2. Remove current kitchen (planning for new kitchen, hence old one needs to be removed completely - see pic for e.g.) 3. Remove bathroom (planning for new bathroom, hence old one needs to be removed completely - see pic for e.g.) 4. Floor tiling and wall tiling the bathroom 5. Putting new bathtub and vanity in the bathroom 6. There is a rotted floor/hole in the bathroom that needs to mended (see pic) 7. Change GIB board in laundry with plastering (see pic) and also repair some holes in the GIB boards at other walls in the house (see pic for e.g) Removal of Kitchen and Bathroom involves tidying up the walls too (GIB boards where needed). Please send me an indicative pricing please. Happy to work on labour only basis too, materials will be provided by me. NOTE: Work to commence 18th April 2022 as I don't have the possession of the unit yet (under contract and settlement mid April).
