Full house cosmetic renovation

Charge up of the following jobs that we know about. Might be a few extra jobs once we get started. Job starts at the end of August and will likely be just over a week's work for a couple of guys at the start and a few days at the end of the renovation. Builder will need to collect the materials. Demo of the house inside of items (leaving the gib). Aqualine the bathroom and fix any flooring that is soft. Install bathroom items, incl bath cradle. Install gib where needed after the electrician and plumber. Rout out for new door hardware if needed. Replace one door that is too damaged. Install new door hardware and rangehood. Fix cladding around the house where needed and any soft window frames. Fix soffits where needed.
