Hi there we would love a quote done to price up how much it would cost to extend and add a room onto our existing home and adding an ensure to the main bedroom. Timeframe to start November 2023, finish Feb next year 2024. Building consent required? As changing the structure of the house. We are looking to take out one of the existing ranch sliders and replacing with a door and using that as an entrance into one of the new room extentions.
