Residential building - small jobs

We have a few small jobs around our home including: adding exterior door to one of the rear bedrooms; laying 8mm ply over our wooden floorboards in readiness for laying laminate flooring, hanging new doors, removing some door trim and replacing with new, installing barn door track and door, partially enclosing front porch.
