New ensuite and bedroom extension

Planning, consenting, procuring all materials and fixtures, and building a ground-level extension to the rear of the existing house. To include all building, plumbing and electrical work. This consists of: 1. A new ensuite bathroom to adjoin the existing master bedroom. This includes a shower, toilet, wash basin and bath, a door to the bedroom to be cut into the existing brick wall, a double window and a door to the outside. 2. An extension to the existing second bedroom. The existing window can be moved to the similar position in the new wall. The existing wall (except that below the window can remain, or the whole wall could be removed – depending on the best option. The walls for the extension could be brick to match the existing brick of the house, or we are open to other (cheaper) suggestions to blend in with the existing walls. The type of roof is also open for suggestions. Please refer to the attached rough plan prepared using Sweet Home 3D. The budget is NOT as shown below - I don't know how to edit this.
