Waterproofing vents on top of caravan

We need the vents on top of our caravan re-boxed to prevent leakage. This is on a permanent site at The Glade camping ground in Pauanui. The vents have already been boxed in a few years ago but they need re-doing. Both vents need to be done. See pictures for details. Need job done asap if possible.

Build a tank stand

I want to install a water tank at the top of my garden. The garden is sloping and the tank needs a little height so a I need a platform for it. The tank is 1330mm diameter and the stand needs to fit in between an apricot tree and a fence corner. There is enough space but there may be roots from the tree to deal with.

Fit new extractor fan. Kiktchen - Remove old kitchen, organise plumber and make provisions for new supplied kitchen to be installed by kitchen installer.

Bathroom shed for dome

Hi. We need help to build ( labour only, with my husband assisting) a ply/ shadow clad 2.4 x1.8 m ‘shed’ which will have a toilet, shower and basin in. The foundations have been built and plans are being drawn up at present. The plumber is booked for Dec 12, so, need it built before then.

Where to start Advice needed!

I have inherited an old house that needs a fair bit of work. Not sure where to start?! After advice, suggestions, must dos, could dos etc. I have considered getting a builders report, but that will only tell me the multitude of things wrong, not order of priority. Have been given plenty of ‘do this, do that’ by well intentioned people but none of them are actually tradies, and they have only remodelled not renovated. RE-fitting roofing iron #2

I'm planning to do some insulation and electrical work on my ceilings and roof cavities. The easiest and best access is from the top down, which involves temporarily removing sections of roofing iron. I'm looking for a roofing contractor to help careful remove these sections, then return when my work is done and properly re-fit the sections and ensure they're all water tight and fix up some odd joins that have worn over the years. Exposed concrete piles issue

I have a 3 bed wood framed house on a gentle slope in Thames. 1987 build. The concrete piles have been exposed by a previous owner to create extra space under the house. I'd like to in-fill this back to how it was, or correct it in whatever way is appropriate. Good equipement access, close to driveway. No rush, can be done at a time that suited.
