Outdoor Portico Style Extension (Approx 60m2) Please refer to the attached rough concept which shows what I want to achieve, and further details below: > An existing courtyard forms a natural boundary, and the extension is to build a roof structure out from the house to cover in the courtyard area. Concept details as follows: > The area will be 'outdoors' but will have the ability to seal up the sides with the addition of louvres (or similar) in the gaps on the walls > The end wall will have glass either side of the centre column to let sunlight in, but shelter from rain > The house roof has a 45degree pitch, so in this concept the pitch is significantly less, however if it looks better I may consider a different pitch > The area is roughly 7.5m long by 7.5m wide (approx 60m2) > House is 20 years old, plastered brick walls, iron roof > Other proposed concept designs/ ideas from the chosen builder are welcomed
