My house is an old Kauri villa. Part of the front corner pillar supporting the deck roof has rotted and needs replacing also the ends of some of the decking have rotted. It is not unsafe but does need attending to .

We have 2 grass platforms behind our house - see photos and we want to change it so it is more comfortable to sit etc. I have also attached photo of what would kind of be looking for. 1 platform area up top then small stairs down to another platform. Open to suggestions also. Access is ok, there is a clear path up there but would pay to have look.
