House Removal or Completion

This is a partly renovated home that we would like to have taken off our property. We think that it is worth something and this should be considered by the removal company. Perhaps a builder would like to quote on how much to finish the house - ready for move-in but without kitchen and flooring. Build an outdoor living/kitchen/deck area

We require a small and basic building and deck. The site is sloping and has good access. The structure is to be used as a kitchen for summer camping. The kitchen will have two walls with windows and a surrounding deck with a sloping roof over the kitchen and deck area.
