Fancy a mid-winter fishing trip?

We need a simple bathroom renovation to make an ensuite at our Cook's Beach holiday house. (Bring your boat and do some fishing while you're there!) We have a simple plan/design. This involves knocking out the current 'rabbit warren layout' to make one bathroom space. Also plumbing and tiling for a shower, installing basin/towel rail, and replacing toilet. (New shower and toilet will be in same place as existing plumbing). That is the ensuite. There is also some work to be done in the adjacent main bathroom. We will need to install new (additional) toilet in there, replace existing handbasin and possibly the shower. Also add some wainscoating to the walls. Will send image of the plan to interested parties. Thanks!
