Remove bay window

we currently have a bay window which we want to remove and replace with an ordinary flat window. the job is to remove the bay window and reframe the space. then gib and clad the outside. the window space can be blocked off with a sheet of ply. we will arrange for eth new window to be made and fitted. we will also arrange gibstopping and painting

Toilet floor

Am purchasing property with toilet floor which needs replacing due to ongoing leak from the toilet over time. Leak and toilet fixed but flooring disintegrating chip board and vinyl. Looks like a couple of horizontal nogs need replacing as well.

Ceiling lining and trim

Lining of an existing ceiling. The old ceiling tiles have been removed and new insulation & lighting installed. We require supply and installation of a new ceiling using good quality plywood - for a varnished finish. The plywood panels are to include a slight bevel along edges, and all trim is to be included and holes cut for the new lights . The ceiling area is about 4.4m by 4.7m. Replace 3 Decks

We have 3 existing decks in need of replacement. Two of the decks are on the second story and one on ground level with a drop of less than 1.5m. The upstairs front deck is currently --- D over a concrete driveway. The back deck is approximately 4700D x2500W also over the concrete driveway. It is built up to the garage. The ground floor deck is around --- D. I need evidence of Builders Risk Insurance for the bank and the decks of course need to be council consented.

Addition to small house

Very early stages of considering an addition to our 2 bedroom house. Thinking a bedroom, en suite, small lounge. Presently there is a garage that we use for bed/office. Pergola/roof cover build

Ceiling repair

We had a leak from the upstairs bathroom that has now been repaired but the plumber had to cut a small hole in the ceiling of our bedroom to assess the damage. We need the hole repaired. The hole is roughly 250mm by 230mm but it's an irregular shape. We need the hole repaired. Please see attached pictures (its a low stud)
