I'm gutting the internal gib board and ceiling lining of my house in Thames. I'm doing it myself but need some extra muscle. Looking for an experienced labourer to help. I have all the tools needed. I'll hire a skip and get it removed. Please ignore cost estimate. Happy to negotiate an hourly / daily rate etc.
