Base build for Tiny house & plumb into main house plumbing system

Hi, we are going to be purchasing a portable cabin for our house in Matatoki near Thames. The section is fairly flat & already has a concrete pad. I just don't know if that is enough for the cabin to sit on or if we will need something else, especially as we will want the cabin raised up a bit & so may also need a step or 2. The cabin will come with a bathroom & possibly kitchen so will also need to be plumbed into main house plumbing system. Aprox cabin size 8x3. Just looking for a quote & some advice at the moment.
