Looking for a local Whitianga builder if possible. Live in Auckland and this is our Bach. Ajoining our one bedroom dwelling is a large double garage . We would like one side made into two bedrooms( permited and then and the other side extended into a full double garage. Put internal stairs in main dwelling and add a dormer and window to upper level. Pic below is of existing building and inside current garage area. Access is excellent and flat.
