Replace 2 Decks

We have 2 existing decks in need of replacement. Two of the decks are on the second story. The upstairs front deck is currently --- over a concrete driveway. The back deck is approximately --- also over the concrete driveway. It is built up to the garage however I have advised the architect we want the replacement deck to be seperated from the existing garage to allow for the garage to be removed/replaced in the future. For anyone interested in travelling for this job, I can book an Air BnB. I have architect plans and council consent already in action just looking for the right person to get it done.
