Interior door install, external door move etc

My bathroom is currently the entrance to the house!! I essentially want to move the exterior door over so I can create a (small) separate bathroom and separate entrance, instead of having to walk through the bathroom into the house. The exterior door needs to be moved to the left about a doors width, the wee entrance deck will need a 20-50cm extension (and steps moving over a smidge) to accommodate this and recladding at least that portion of wall where the door was. There's a cupboard to remove and then I'd like a wall and door added to create an entrance hall and separate bathroom. The door at the other end going into the kitchen also needs removing and that piece regibbing. It's an old 50m2 beach bach relocated that has a beam running the length, so appears to have no structural walls inside...
