Change grass area to decking/platform

We have 2 grass platforms behind our house - see photos and we want to change it so it is more comfortable to sit etc. I have also attached photo of what would kind of be looking for. 1 platform area up top then small stairs down to another platform. Open to suggestions also. Access is ok, there is a clear path up there but would pay to have look.
