Bedroom project

Converting two bedrooms into one / removing non-load bearing wall and putting in ceiling support across and on the side, replacing ceiling with new gib, walls skimming and plastering, timber window frame repair. Additionally, following jobs: - build shelter above front door - remove cat flap from wall and fill in gap - build new sides steps to deck - front door frame repair & internal door frame work to accommodate salvaged native timber doors There’ll be further work along the way - e.g. replacing ceiling throughout hall, lounge/kitchen, third bedroom
