Extension on ground floor to add a master bedroom and en-suite

This work is on a two bedroom Bach at Tairua. Upstairs is a lounge and two bedrooms ; downstairs is a small kitchen and bathroom and laundry beneath the two bedrooms. The area beneath the lounge is where the new master bedroom and en-suite will be built. The Bach is on poles and the footprint of the house will not change. I would like a quote for the overall area which is approximately 95m2 and also a quote for just completing one section which is approximately 38m2. I have attached some photos of the design and site, the existing ground level is approximately 300mm from the finish floor level internally. No preference in regards to materials, open to suggestions on this in timber or composite decking.

SUNSET MINI DECK

Need a little deck instead of pallets.. 2mtrs by 3.50mtrs with a Step/seat/box at one end . Affordable is a top priority so I can cut nail and finish top timber if need be just don't trust self to do footings n frame right . I have some reusable timber here and get new .. Would like done similar to tidy decking on other side of cottage that my brother did.. time frame flexible but before next school holidays :).
