Ferry Road extention

Adding a additional 4m width and 3m length at end of house that will slightly change roofline, adding one master bedroom with onsuite and walk in wardrobe and one medium bedroom with wardrobe. Removing existing bedroom door sealing it off and adding new door into bedroom off hallway. Fitting two new windows and replacing the two existing ones in their new location. Versitile home with colour steel roof and metal cladding. Work starting early next year preferably.
