Exposed concrete piles issue

I have a 3 bed wood framed house on a gentle slope in Thames. 1987 build. The concrete piles have been exposed by a previous owner to create extra space under the house. I'd like to in-fill this back to how it was, or correct it in whatever way is appropriate. Good equipement access, close to driveway. No rush, can be done at a time that suited. Please ignore cost estimate here, I'm looking for qupotes. Obviously it won't cost 500k (I hope!)
