Build a tank stand

I want to install a water tank at the top of my garden. The garden is sloping and the tank needs a little height so a I need a platform for it. The tank is 1330mm diameter and the stand needs to fit in between an apricot tree and a fence corner. There is enough space but there may be roots from the tree to deal with.
