We dont need this project managed, and we have a good idea of what we want to do, but any other good ideas would be well received. We think we have a builder who can start on this in winter. We want the outside to be in keeping with the original cottage, and the inside to be modern. At present it is only 60m2 .

We have had an architect start our job three months ago and we have rough plans drawn up by her. We are getting into a time crunch now where the bank is getting unhappy about us applying for more extensions to have this work submitted into council (before they will unconditionally approve the loan) but our architect has now asked us to look elsewhere due to not know when she can complete it. We also don’t want to be taken advantage of price-wise because of needing a rush job.
