We are converting an existing laundry to an ensuite bathroom. This also involves creating a new laundry cupboard, and replacement of a non load bearing wall to enlarge a bedroom. I've drawn up plans as proposed and walked through these with plumber and builder. I'm looking for someone who can take these as a starting point and prepare the submission for council for building consent. Photos attached and will send plans for proposed changes to interested parties for costing.
