Hi, my name is Karl, I am the director of Vilhelm Architectural LTD, established in 2022, and have been involved in the architectural industry for over 10+ years in Auckland.

At Vilhelm Architectural, we take pride in producing quality architectural plans for our clients and have experience designing and obtaining building consents throughout New Zealand, from Northland to Auckland, Gisborne to Buller in the South Island.
We will take your project from concept development through to detailed working drawings and obtaining approval for building consent from council.

Our expertise in design aligns with the following project types:
New build homes - First home (affordable designs), through to high-end luxury and lifestyle homes.
Multi-Dwelling Units - Douplexes and Triplexes
Plans for Resource consents - Building proposals and subdivision proposals
Alterations and extensions - Minor Alterations, I.E., bathroom renovations, to major alterations I.E. the removal of structural load-bearing walls.
Extensions and remodelling of existing buildings, including heritage zones
Relocatable homes - Plans for foundation, site and building consent application
Alfresco designs - Architecturally designed alfresco's for outdoor living.
