Black Barn House in Waerenga, Waikato

Our client is building a 235 sqm timber-framed, 4-bedroom barn-style house on vacant rural land in Waerenga, Waikato, featuring two bathrooms, a guest toilet, a laundry, and an open-plan living area. The project also includes a 100 sqm metal-roofed shed and the installation of a new wastewater disposal system and water tanks. Construction is currently in progress.

Four tiny homes construction in Waipu

Four tiny homes were constructed under Exemption Schedule 1 using our working drawings, and building consent was obtained for the addition of sanitary fixtures and a kitchen. Construction is currently in progress.

Rumpus conversion into a habitable space project in Auckland

Our client plans to live with her parents and wants to convert the uninhabitable downstairs area into additional bedrooms and new bathrooms.
