New Channel Grate Installation - requires Site plan with boundaries

A Channel Grate is Required. An existing Concrete slab has a fall directing Water towards the house and front door. The house is situated on a slope; surface water flows down the gradient of the concrete and needs to be divert from the front door. To instal a channel grate to divert water a council building consent is required which requires a Site plan with boundaries and legal address - hence a draftsman is required to meet council specifications to resubmit application. The preplanning has already been done as showed in the photos. I have an old site plan but does not meet council current specifications.
